Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Trainers to join our team and deliver courses in various product-based and service-based domains to engineering students. As a Trainer at Pyramid Consulting, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning journeys and contribute to their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on product-based and service-based courses, ensuring students grasp complex concepts effectively.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and enhance course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Student Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment, encouraging active participation and addressing students' queries and concerns.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure course content remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of training quality, consistency, and adherence to educational best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Proven experience in training or teaching, particularly in product-based and service-based domains.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and a passion for sharing knowledge with students.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development.
